On this commercial project on a busy high street in Garforth - East Leeds we were employed to bring the externals of this building up to date. 

 

We hacked off all the old render around the building and applied a new k-rend base coat and top coat system. 

 

We also removed all the coping stones to the flat roof balcony area and reinstated with new copings to help with water run off.
