This project was a double hip to gable loft conversion with a full length rear dormer.

We built the new roof structure using RSJ's as specified by the engineer to maximize the space available, enabling us to create 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
 

This project was completed to building control approval and has added value to the property.
