A conversion of an unused loft space into a extra bedroom with an en-suite.

 

Space was an issue in this property, to deal with that we built a structural floor below the existing ceiling to maximize head space in the new room. We also created a new corridor inside an existing bedroom to house the new staircase enabling us to add an extra bedroom without taking up  any more space than was necessary.

All internal,external and structural works completed to the satisfaction of building control.
