This project was a conversion of an old, run down house into a luxury HMO for professional letting.

 

We upgraded insulation throughout to bring the house up to the specified U/Values, installed new windows and
doors, new roof covering, full re wire to HMO regulations, re plumb and heating
system, re plastering and internal carpentry to HMO and fire safety regulations, structural alterations,
new kitchen and ensuites with a main house bathroom, finished with new high spec flooring and full decoration.
