A rear extension designed and built to create an open plan dining area.

 

We completed all the groundworks and external drainage by digging new footings and pouring concrete foundations.

 

We then poured a concrete pad floor, built the internal and external brick and block work, installed new bifolding doors, completed all the necessary roofing work with electric velux windows. Internally we installed all new electrics in the extension along with the plastering and joinery works. 

Once the extension was built we focused on the external landscaping and porcelain tilling to the garden area.
