Principal contractor employed to undertake single storey side extension and a cellar conversion with ground floor renovation and new first floor bathroom, changing a old run down house into a high end HMO for student accommodation.

This property also required bringing up to current HMO regulations internally by installing smoke
detection and fire doors throughout with a protected fire escape route.

All works were complete to the satisfaction of building control and obtained the necessary certifications for the HMO license agreement.
