On this project, in the heart of Harrogate town centre, Apex Solutions were employed to convert an old shop into two self contained apartments upstairs with a shop area on the ground floor.

 

This was a complex project having to meet sound requirements along with fire safety, obtaining the necessary U/values and keeping within the planning and building regulation parameters.

In the end we produced a high spec finish, ready to be rented out and enjoyed. This project entailed and was not limited to: Full re wire and re plumb, complete new roof, upgrading insulation and plastering throughout, kitchen and bathroom fitting and internal and external joinery.
